Data processing agreement text: 

Following Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by CREATIVE LABORATORY "ALTAYBRAND" LLC: collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer solely to sell software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalisation, destruction.

The company CREATIVE LABORATORY "ALTAYBRAND" LLC guaranties the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is conducted to effectively execute orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by SPPK Ak Boochy as binding.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software to register the software in your name, you consent to transferring your personal data. The company CREATIVE LABORATORY "ALTAYBRAND" LLC guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data on conditions similar to those outlined in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to your following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address for the delivery of orders, contact phone number, payment details.

The period of validity of the consent is unlimited. You can revoke this consent by sending a written notice to the address: 649002, Altai Republic, Gorno-Altaysk, Lesnaya str. 8, office 1 marked “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data.”

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the Internet site (HTTPS: //yoursite.ru), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of CREATIVE LABORATORY "ALTAYBRAND" LLC, which can make it impossible to use the Internet services of the company CREATIVE LABORATORY "ALTAYBRAND" LLC.

I guarantee that the information I have provided is complete, accurate and reliable and that the submission of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights and interests of third parties.
